Think about the road which you have traveled. The path you’ve walked down in your life. Here’s another path that you can take, it’s a road that you must walk. It’s called the Roman Road and here are the directions in which you can go:
Romans 5:12 “Therefore, just as through one man sin entered the world, and death through sin, and thus death spread to all men, because all sinned-”
People die all over the world-why? Because of sin. We are not sinners because we sin, we sin because we are sinners. It’s in our “nature” to sin. Why? Because we have it from our father Adam.
Romans 3:23 “for all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God.”
So, if we continue in sin, and never come to the point in our lives where we know that we are sinners, and turn from sin, what will our outcome be?
Romans 6:23 “For the wages of sin is death, but the gift of God is eternal life in Christ Jesus our Lord.”
Physical death is only the end of this physical body and not the end of us. But, we will come to the cross roads of our life where we are faced with the choice; we always have a choice. And our lives are the results of the choices we have made and will make.
Romans 5:8 “But God demonstrates His own love toward us, in that while we were still sinners, Christ died for us.”
Here is the choice one must make: believe that Jesus Christ, the Son of God, died for you (personally) and took your place in death for your sins or don’t believe it! Remember, your eternity depends on your choice.
Romans 10: 9, 10, 13 “that if you confess with your mouth the Lord Jesus and believe in your heart that God has raised Him from the dead, you will be saved. For with the heart one believes unto righteousness and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation...For whoever calls on the name of the Lord shall be saved.”
The main stumbling block to some accepting this seems to be it’s simplicity. All you have to do is believe. Confess your sins (and we only sin against God-not each other) and then accept salvation. You don’t have to go anywhere for it (God is here), do anything for it (it’s a gift), or prove you deserve it (it’s already paid for).

Remember, without choice there can never be love!
