Meet our Pastor and his Wife

Barry and Cindie Duncan

Brother Barry served in the U.S. Air Force and completed 22 years of service. He and his family lived overseas for 14 1/2 of those years in Korea, Japan, England, Germany and on the beautiful island of Guam. Brother Barry held the position of First Sergeant upon his retirement. He has attended classes at Louisiana Tech University and the University of Maryland. Brother Barry received an Associate degree in Christian Education from Gulf Coast Baptist Institute, Hattiesburg, Mississippi and a Bachelor of Theology degree from Florida Baptist College, Brandon, Florida. He is the author of "Bible Basic's-A Foundational Study for a Christian's Walk".

Sister Cindie received her Associate of Science degree in Interdisciplinary Studies-Educational Paraprofessional from Kaplan University and is continuing her degree program with the University of West Florida.  She is currently a Substitute Teacher for the Hillsborough School District.  She developed and coordinates the church's annual Family Christmas Celebration.

They have two children, Robert Duncan, pursuing a medical degree through the University of Arkansas, and Jessica Duncan Castleberry who resides with her husband Jeremy in Bogalusa, Louisiana.  Brother Barry and Sister Cindie celebrate 35 years of marriage this year.
